Most items are shipped from 2 locations, the USA (for USA orders and the UK for UK/EU orders). For t-shirts in domestic USA orders are shipped via postal airmail or UPS – you will be emailed the tracking number when your order ships out.
Canada & other international orders are shipped via postal airmail.
UK/EU items are shipped from England and take from a few days (UK) to up to a few weeks (EU, Asia and Australian/New Zealand) depending on the country you order from.

* Tees: US – $5 / R.o.W. – $ 6 (plus $3 per additional tee)
Upgrades available for express/tracked.
* Mugs: US - $7 / R.o.W. - $8-10 (plus $4 per additional mug)

U.S. Shipping:

- Royal Mail First Class: 2 - 3 days

EU:
- Royal Mail first class international: 7 - 14 days

Canada/Asia/Australia/New Zealand:
- Royal Mail first class international: 14 - 21 business days

Rest of World:
- From 2 - 6 weeks.

During the current pandemic items can occasionally be greatly delayed if your country has less manpower or import restrictions, this is not this shop or my suppliers responsibility.

For measuring and sizing... UK/EU orders are standard UK sizing and US orders are standard US sizing.

Ladies fitted tend to be on the snug side so if you are in doubt, order one size up.

All digital printed clothing, especially those designed with darker colours, are likely to fade over time. Digital designs can be preserved very well for 1-2 years if these simple care instructions are followed.

*T-shirts should be washed inside out and set on a gentle machine cycle in cold water.
* To avoid any form of fading, machine drying is not recommended.
* Lay flat to dry.
* Dry cleaning is not recommended.

The items are generally non-returnable as they are custom printed to each orders requirements so check sizing.

To arrange a return if it is warranted to be a genuine reason, please contact me privately here (i´m genuinely easy going). Items must be in resaleable/new/unworn/unwashed condition and returned at your own postage costs. Defective products may be exchanged or returned for a refund. There is no restocking fee for returns – you will get the full purchase price of the item, less the shipping and handling fee. Returns are at your own cost.

If you require a size difference at more cost, you must also pay that additional cost.

Well, some designs work better on certain colours which is usually dictated by the background of the art... for example a black or dark background usually works best on a black or dark tee. Also, some have text outwith the main artwork which dictates a dark or light tee to print on.

Well, part of that answer is above in the previous question... the other reason is i have different styles and Etsy only has so many images available. I found, via feedback, people prefer larger images instead of one picture with multiple smaller images... so i have limited the designs to certain coloured tees to suit the availability of pictures i can post. Also, i have picked the best selling colours, some tees in the past i offered up to 5 colours and continually only sold one or 2 colours.

My manufacturer, Neatoshop, has a great colour selection... but even they have limits. For example Unisex/Mens tees are available in many colours as are Ladies fitted, XXXL+ and Youth. Tank Tops and V-Necks are only available in Black, Navy, Red and White... so i try to make sure each design is at least available in the items with less colour choices.
